STUDENT ENROLLMENT

Application Process

All students applying for admission must have an interview with the School Director at Freshcutz Academy, LLC prior to enrollment. Students applying at Freshcutz:Academy, LLC are required to have obtained a high school diploma, or a General Education Diploma (GED). A copy of these documents will be kept with the students permanent file.

We are required to verify that your proof of education is from a valid high school or High School equivalency program. If we determine that your diploma or High School Equivalency diploma is not valid, you will be denied admission to the school. Freshcutz Academy, LLC has the right not to accept for admission, any person deemed unable to meet the above requirements and any person convicted: of a felony or misdemeanor; illegal possession, use, or sale of drugs or alcohol; or any sexual misconduct or anyone whom the School Director does not feel will benefit from attending Freshcutz Academy (exceptions at owner’s discretion).

Students that are transferring from another barbering academy are required to submit an affidavit of hours completed at the previously attended school.

Application Form

The Applicant must complete an application form prior to registration. All forms may be obtained by written request, in person from the Academy or requested via email at freshcutz1986@gmail.com.

Application Fee

An application fee of $100.00 is required to accompany your application form. This fee is non-refundab!e and is not included in the cost of tuition.

Registration Fee

A registration fee of $100 will be due upon signing of contracts. This fee is non- refundable and will be deducted from your tuition at the end of your payment period.

Pictures

Freshcutz Academy, LLC requires two headshot photos. One picture is required by the State and the remaining picture will be used by the Academy for student ID’s.

Health Form

Freshcutz Academy, LLC requires the execution of the standard State of Connecticut Department of Education Health Assessment Record and will be held as part of the students permanent file.
